Politics
People swear at me everyday. They do it in emails, in PM’s and on special occasions on the phone.
At one time I thought it would be hard to be a politician. I no longer think that is the case.

I have a ten swear maximum myself. If I can't get the customer to calm down by that point, it ain't gonna happen *grins*.
It's Sunday tomorrow...let's hope the crazies take a day off and cut you guys some slack :)
