Fast food nation

So me and my girlfriend decided to take a fitness challenge at the gym. (You win prizes) Today they weigh me in and check my body fat percentage. Now neither I nor Jen are doing the challenge to lose weight, but to gain muscle and become fit. For the next 3 months we will be on our own to improve from this point. To get us in the mood to be healthy I rented Super Size Me. We determined that we wouldn’t have any fast food or Soda for the next 3 months too.
